This document provides a detailed description of the recommender system specifications and prototype. The recommender system was designed on the basis of the scientific results reported in Deliverable Metrics for resource-user matching (D4.2) and is an integral part of the pilot deployment of the Share.TEC system (described in D5.5). The pilot system will be used as a test-bed for several pilot experiments and massive involvement of real users. Specific evaluation of the system is planned and will be performed during months 20-24, in order to collect enough information and use it for the final development of the Share.TEC system, due at month 36.
