This report provides the Model specification regarding the data flow control within the Integrated Communication System (i.e. the intranet) itself, and towards the external Web. Guidelines and model specification for the general data flow control within the ARGOMARINE will be presented and discussed. Then, the needed services, implemented for the interaction with the platform and the management of global data flow, will be described in detail. Finally, bridges and interactions with the Human Interface and the ARGOMARINE Portal will be analysed and discussed.
