The SIMPAS Project (Sistemi Innovativi di Misura per la Protezione dell'Ambiente e della Salute - Innovative Measurement Systems for the Protection of Environment and Health) aimed to the development of techniques and demonstrators for the measurement of the concentrations of dioxins and furans in industrial waste, and of H2S in the exhaust gases of geothermoelectrical plants. The Project budget was 2.256.000 euro, and has been supported by Regione Toscana, in the frame of POR CReO FESR 2007-2013 with 1.742.000 euro. The Project started in may 2012 and ended in may 2012.
