This document consists mainly of two chapters. The first one reports about the advancement of the loudspeakers active control for conditioning the quadraphonic sound field as the audio playout of the Digital Cinema. The second is a condensed Executive Project including also an estimated cost evaluation for the implementation of an hardware prototype of a quad-recording/measuring device. This document is intended as a Milestone of Task 5 within WP7 at month 21 of the IP-Racine TA13-30.
