The HCI community is yet to fully come to terms with the ramifications of mobile computing. There is a need to have design tools for modeling user interfaces that are adapted to the characteristics of the context. Moreover, there is the need to ensure that the realized user interfaces are assessed and refined accordingly (in an iterative manner) toward ensuring that they are inline with the user requirements in the contextual setting (such as mobile settings). It should be acknowledged that usability and accessibility are definitely worthwhile goals even in mobile computing. In this report, we describe our efforts in addressing the aforementioned challenges in mobile computing.

Abstract
The HCI community is yet to fully come to terms with the ramifications of mobile computing. There is a need to have design tools for modeling user interfaces that are adapted to the characteristics of the context. Moreover, there is the need to ensure that the realized user interfaces are assessed and refined accordingly (in an iterative manner) toward ensuring that they are inline with the user requirements in the contextual setting (such as mobile settings). It should be acknowledged that usability and accessibility are definitely worthwhile goals even in mobile computing. In this report, we describe our efforts in addressing the aforementioned challenges in mobile computing.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
