The Justice Administration and Governance School (JAGS) is proposed as a five year project funded by the European Commission and administered by The Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (RCSA) of the European University Institute (EUI) and the European Research Network on Justice Systems (ERNJS), whose memmers are, as of today: Central European University (CEU), Budapest, Hungary; Centro de Investigaciones en Derecho y Economia (CINDE), Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain; Centro Studi e Ricerche sull'Ordinamento Giudiziario (CeSROG), Dipartimento di Organizzazione e Sistema Politico, Università di Bologna, Italy; Institute of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, University of Utrecht, the Netherlands; Institute of Law and Technology (IDT), Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain; Istituto di Ricerca sui Sistemi Giudiziari (IRSIG-CNR), Bologna, Italy; School of Law, University of Birmingham, UK. These Institutions have agreed to pool their knowledge and resources to pursue the objectives of the School.
