The objective of ESM1 SRA is to build a shared vision among the governmental (end-users) and non-governmental members of the CapTech on the most urgent technical challenges to study and solve in the coming 15 - 20 years in order to provide significant progress in European defence R&T for the naval field and to establish effective networks in European R&T community. Key principles have been established to co-operation with full transparency. The vision tries to be simple enough to allow communication to non-members of ESM1.
