The study of the marine atmospheric boundary layer through the SAR images has been carried out by many authors (Gerling. 1986, Mourad, 1996, Mitnik et al., i996, Kravtsov et al., 1996, Hartmann et al., 1997, Sikora et al., 1997, Mityagina et al., 1998, Zecchetto el al., 1998). Here we investigate the posspossibilities offered by the Continuous Wavelet (CW) technique in the study of the spatiai structure of the radar backscatter.
