Research was carried out to explore policies and programmes and suggest indicators for HR in R&D as outlined in the TS: the supply of researchers, rules, regulations and practices of researcher professions and careers, salary and other forms of remuneration and relevant national policies. The base-load inventory templates have been analysed. Information on policies and programmes have been integrated in the existing country template. A set of core indicators have been collected and analysed for feasibility of inclusion in the indicator section of the country template
