Un quadro internazionale, europeo ed italiano sulla responsabilità sociale delle organizzazioni con focus sull'etica dello sviluppo organizzativo

This paper is a overview about the CSR from the point of view of the organization development. We analyze the historical evolution of the concept of CSR and the international, European and Italian landscape focusing on the critical points in the area of organization development. The conclusion of the paper proposes a project which would create a network of action research to promote culture and practices of ethical organization development in Italy.
