The report describes the results of self propelled sea-keeping tests in head and following sea conditions in irregular waves at 14 knots, one displacement and corresponding longitudinal trim. During the runs, corresponding to a full scale observation of 30 minutes, the following quantitities hjave been measured: heave, pitch, thrust, torque, CG vertical acceleration, bow and stern accelerations, observation of numbers of slammings and water on deck phenomena. By considering the region of sea interested,a JONSWAP spectrum has been selected with sea states equal to 4 and 5.
