"Sonda " is a wave elevation measurement system based on capacity value's variations, induced on a sensitive immersed wire by water motion. The "Sonda" capacitive sensor is the core of the acquisition system. It consists of a data acquisition box where the measured capacity of the sensitive wire, is used to calculate the water height value. The acquisition box is equipped with a LCD where data and user messages are displayed, a fast connector to easily hang up the sensor to a DIN standard rail bar and three plugs: one for the sensitive wire, one for the ground reference plate (or optional analog output) and one for data bus coming from calibration control unit
