Promoting equal rights for people with autism in the fields of education and employment by supporting the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (CRPD) is the focus of the European Project. In particular, the Project aims at improving the knowledge and understanding of the CRPD in the fields of inclusive education and employment through a study on the implementation of Article 24 (Education) and Article 27 (Work and Employment) within the domestic legal orders of EU Member States and a compendium of best practices. The legal study, carried out by ISGI, identifies a legislative model for implementing Articles 24 and 27 of the CRPD consistent with its principles and obligations and suggests the priorities to be incorporated into domestic legislations.

The legal study, carried out by ISGI, identifies a legislative model for implementing Articles 24 and 27 of the CRPD consistent with its principles and obligations and suggests the priorities to be incorporated into domestic legislations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
