This Report D3.01 represents an initial working document that will be nalized with Report D3.02 (M13). It is focused to highlight and select the algorithms and methods suitable for the HW demonstration. Namely this Report aims to identify the algorithms of distributed processing and synchronization to guarantee the PHY functionalities of the cloud systems, the relay processing and coding methods for energy eciency and interference mitigation, and the self-organization of the PHY/MAC resources within the cloud.
