The aim of this deliverable is to identify future best practices resulting from the To-Be business processes of the Apps4aME research project. Current work started with the identification of process' improvements to potentiate the elimination of the barriers between product, process and factory domains, which will be supported by the employment of ICT technologies. Additionally, in order to support organizations in the adoption of the new manufacturing processes, the manufacturing benefits were indicated, as well as recommendations for change management.
