Abstract
An innovative station prototype for automatic components disassembly have been implemented. A linear motors based gantry architecture have been adopted to guarantee tools positioning accuracy as well as proper dynamic capabilities. Moreover, a force control table have been integrated in order to properly control the contact force impressed by the PCB components disassembly tools onto the PCB during operation so to avoid reusable chips damage. In fact, the robot is moved under position control during normal operation. The force control loop is activated when the tool is in proximity of the PCB to be operated (about 5 millimeters far from the PCB surface).| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
