This deliverable describes the specification of the CoReNet tools and methods to support network formation for small series production. The specifications in this deliverable will cover the needs to support partner search with an intelligent search engine and specifications for supporting network establishment in terms of workflow management. The specifications developed within this deliverable will be used to develop an IT service to support the first phase of a network life-cycle, its design and configuration. This service will support the information sharing and management between participating companies during partner qualification and network formation.
