Net-Challenge - D2.2 Collaboration processes: Reference model

The reference processes as proposed in this deliverable result from the R&D work done in task 2.2 based on the analysis of current processes in the project industrial case companies, on the challenges already analysed in previous deliverables of WP1 and on the state of the art. The reference processes cover the phase Operate of the Business Community (BC) and the phases Form, Operate and Dissolve of the Virtual Organisations (VO), aiming to provide a complete coverage of the collaboration in nonhierarchical business networks.
