AOC FINAL REPORT FOR QPC PROCUREMENT - AGREEMENT OF COLLABORATION F4E - CNR FOR THE JOINT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCUREMENT ARRANGEMENT FOR QUENCH PROTECTION CIRCUITS FOR POLOIDAL AND TOROIDAL COILS FOR THE SATELLITE TOKAMAK PROGRAMME

On December 21st 2010, the assignment to start the contract activities for the procurement of the JT - 60SA Quench Protection Circuits (QPC) was entrusted to the company Nidec ASI S.p.A. formerly Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali S.p.A. by Consorzio RFX, who acts on behalf of the Italian National Research Council (CNR), the Voluntary Contributor Designated Institution , responsible for the "in - kind procurement" of this component. The QPC First Design Report, first deliverable of the JT - 60SA QPC procurement, was approved on 21 July 2011 (M ilestone M S1) . The Report on the Factory Type Test of First TFC and PFC QPC Units , second deliverable of the JT - 60SA QPC procurement, was approved on 21 January 2013 (MS2) . The report on Ground Transportation Method (MS6) , third deliverable, was approved on 14 th May 2013 and the delivery of the system on Site was completed between September and December 2014 ( MS4 ). The report on TFC&PFC QPC Factory Routine Tests, fourth deliverable of the QPC procurement, was approved on 13 th Augu st 2014 (MS 3 ) . The report on " TFC&PFC QPCs Final Acceptance Tests on Site ", fifth deliverable of the QPC procurement , was approved on 10 th July 2015 (MS5) .
