The current dynamics of the relations of the EU with the countries of Eastern Europe and Russia make it very interesting a survey aimed at analyzing the legal and policy issues raised by the Association Agreements with Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, and the policy of Italy in these countries. Also thanks to the "special relationship" with Moscow, Italy can indeed play an important role in the region, through strengthening the EU Eastern Partnership, and the mitigation of tensions between the EU, Eastern Countries and Russia.
