In accordance with Annex I of the SensorART project, the Quality Plan describes and defines the general coordination, monitoring and control mechanism of the project. This deliverable includes official information about the project contract, a description of the project organization and governance structure, a summary of plan of meetings, deliverables preparation and submission procedure, research and development process, instructions for internal and external dissemination and exploitation, and a complete list of participating institutions and persons involved in the SensorART Project. The Quality Plan is intended as a reference material to the project participants, as well as a useful management tool for the project coordinator.
