The project entered the "year 4" by facing a delay of the technical activities which induced a dependent delay of all the demonstration steps. For these reasons together with the negative review report, mainly attributed by the PMB to the undelivered documents, the Consortium reported in this interim deliverable the achievements at month 42 in order to clarify the actual state of the project, the consumed efforts and the plan to reach the project aims with the need of an extension of 7 months. As Appendix of this document a schematic representation of the experimental and clinical scenarios is reported, with the purpose of clarifying the further actions planned to complete all the project tasks.
