The present technical specification is the Appendix A for the supply of the MITICA Neutraliser and Electron Dump ( NED ) . This Appendix A has to be considered as part of the Annex B for the supply of the BLCs. This is an intermediate version prepared by RFX and still requiring completion in some parts and revision by F4E and IO. Revisions and iterative process for document finalization are foreseen during 2015.
