Deliverable D4.2.5 Final Activity Report

This document contains the final activity report of the IST CA FOCUS K3D, covering the period March 2009 - February 2010. Partner IMATI is responsible for producing this document, and is supported by all other FOCUS K3D partners, reporting quarterly on their activities per Partner, per Task and per Work package. The material is then compiled by the Task Leaders T4.2 Management and T4.3 Project Assessment and Evaluation to produce this report. The report starts with an executive summary of the activities of the second project year, mainly based on the public annual report and the projct newsletters. Section 1 provides a summary of the major achievements by the consortium in the twelvemonth period concerned. The progress in the reporting period is addressed in more detail in Section 2, work package by work package, except the one dealing with the project management. The consortium management is addressed in Section 3. All partners reported separately on their efforts and achievements in the period in the various work packages, and their efforts are shortly summarized in Section 4. Annex 1, the plan for using and disseminating the knowledge, deals with the dissemination of knowledge, listing project presentations, conferences and other events co-organized by the network, partner publications supported by the project, and participations at conferences. Annex 2, as requested at the project review, highlights some real-life application scenarios included in the Research Road Map produced by the project.
