Identify improved grassland composition and management practices that allow for the development of premium and functional products. Determining key traits that relate grassland management with biodiversity and carbon footprint; as well as examples of strategies to combine maintenance of biodiversity and low carbon footprint with farming profitability. Listing fail factors that limit the use of the identified techniques/systems by farmers and summarise how to address these factors.
