In these pages will be described the activities done for FLEXICAST project from the month 6th to the month 12th in the WP5. Making a casted product is a process characterized by defects that lead to a reduction of the life of the component itself. Simulation and optimization techniques are foreseen in work package 5 and are aimed to create a product resilient to these defect and imperfections. These experimental validation activities last 42 months.
