During the activity carried out within the first two months of the project, which is described in the present deliverable, a test rig for the hydrothermal ageing of the adsorbent material, both under cycle and shelf conditions, will be designed, realized and tested. In parallel, the thermo-physical properties of the fresh adsorbent material, provided by TMC, will be deeply characterized by a protocol reported in the technical annex of the project. In the second half of the project, the ageing of the adsorbent material under severe condition, both in cycle and shelf conditions, will be performed by means of the realized experimental apparatus. Then, the thermo-physical characterization protocol will be applied to the aged material, in order to identify possible degradation effects.
