These progress reports of activities cover two quarterly periods Q4 (Quarterly Report) from 1-Aug-2015 to 31-Oct-2015 and Q5 from 1-Nov-2015 to 31-Jan-2016. The activities that were carried out in the time period considered in these reports are described with greater detail in the attached documents and can be summarized as follows: Task 1 SPIDER CODAS: a) Calls for tenders and contracts for the procurement of the following SPIDER CODAS components: - I&C cubicles - Servers and data storage - Cable trays and cabling - Signal Conditioning Interface and other minor components for the Time Communication Network such as Grand Master Clock and compact PCI chassis. b) Follow up of contracts for the procurement of SPIDER components: - I&C cubicles - IT cubicles - Cable trays and cabling - Servers and data storage - IT networks c) Factory tests of SPIDER Components: - I&C cubicles d) Delivery of SPIDER components: - IT cubicles - I&C Cubicles - IT Networks - Grand Master Clock - CompactPCI chassis e) Partial Installation of SPIDER Components - IT cubicles - IT Networks - I&C Cubicles - Cable trays and cabling - miniCODAS (complete) f) Site acceptance tests - IT cubicles (partially) - IT Network (partially) - miniCODAS g) F4E acceptance tests - miniCODAS Task 2 - SPIDER Central Interlock: Follow up of the contract for the procurement of the Central Interlock Final design review meetings Approval of final design limited to system hardware. In QR4 Progress Meeting #4 (PM) (along with WP2015) and PM#5 were held. Deviation request #1 was signed on 4-Nov-2015 to prolong the Task Order #1 to end of activities or till March 2016. Descoping was also introduced for the following activities due to preliminary status of development of the relevant plant units/diagnostics: - final design and manufacturing design of 22 kV power distribution board - final design of Caesium Ovens - final design of non-embedded electrical measurements - final design of beam tomography - final design of neutrons diagnostic - final design of cavity ring down The project baseline has been updated at 31/01/2016.
