Abstract
Increasing of energy requirements, dependence on crude oil, limited fossil resources and environmental problems are enormous challenges for our society. The need for a profound transformation of the world's energy production constitutes one of the main challenges to promote the sustainable development. The production of hydrogen/syngas from renewable sources, such as biogas, represents a solution to the energy. Biogas can be converted into syngas by reforming technologies. The development of efficient, stable and low cost catalytic systems is the central issue of fuel reforming technologies. The activity focused on : Synthesis of active, stable and cheap catalysts for syngas production by biogas reforming processes: i) optimization of the combustion synthesis method for catalysts preparation at powder level; ii) optimization of the coating procedure for the preparation of structured catalysts; iii) evaluation of the activity stability of the prepared catalysts towards the biogas Steam- and Tri-Reforming processes.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
