A pan-European trianign and mobility strategy for human resources in marine science

As final deliverable of the work package on Human Capacity Building (HCB) of the SEAS-ERA project, the present document maps the European marine and maritime HCB landscape with the purpose of favouring the setting up of an integrated platform where to find and/or build information, data, and frameworks of references. It therefore presents an update of SEAS-ERA activities on HCB at Basin level and includes the voices of important experiences like BONUS, ICES, and EC People Program on mobility and training in Europe. Some guidelines for a pan-European training and mobility strategy are then suggested and illustrated. Finally, a possible HCB roadmap in marine science is presented.
