The Project Quality Plan (PQP) is a handbook designed to guide the BELIEF-II project participants through all aspects of the project's management and to state, track and monitor the quality of the work produced by the project. It is to serve as a reference tool as it brings together all of the procedures and policies that have been agreed upon since the beginning of the project by the Project Coordinator, the Partner Managers and the Work Package Leaders.
