This document represents deliverable D8.1 of the Specific Contract F4E-OFC-531-01 - Neutral Beam Test Facility Diagnostics, Task Order No.1: SPIDER Diagnostics #1. The final design of the Infrared Thermography diagnostic for SPIDER is reported, in particular the layout with interfaces, technical specification of components, description of integration and test procedures. The diagnostic comprises two IR thermal cameras that will be used to look either at the front surface of the water cooled beam dump (one for each panel), or at the back surface of the STRIKE panels (one at top half, one at bottom half). The specifications of the set of cameras are chosen to suitably serve both scopes.
