D2.2- Risk Plan

This deliverable addresses the risk management of the MIMAN-T project. The deliverable is specifically aimed at describing the mechanisms that will be used throughout the lifecycle of the project in order to identify and mitigate the potential risks that might occur during the different phases of the project. In this regard, the current document serves as a guide to the project coordinator to manage the potential risks, and as a reference for all the project partners to understand and be informed about different risks (both general and technical) and consequently their responsibilities regarding the corrective actions. The deliverable starts with definition of the objectives of the research management plan and continues with a proposed procedure to carry out the risk management. Thereafter, two risk assessment templates are presented, one related to the general and the project management risks and the other to the technical risks. The content of the current document
