D2.4- Updated risk Plan

This deliverable addresses the risk management of the MIMAN-T project. The deliverable is specifically aimed at describing the mechanisms that will be used throughout the lifecycle of the project in order to identify and mitigate the potential risks that might occur during the different phases of the project. This deliverable is the updated version of the risk plans which had been previously delivered in D2.2 and D2.3. It describes how the planned corrective actions to mitigate risks have been addressed during the second year of the project and what is the current status of planned corrective actions for undergoing activities in the project. To this end, the document is divided into two parts. In the first section we present the updated risk plan for the WPs that have been already delivered, while in the second section we present the updated risk plan for the WPs which are still on-going. Prior to presenting the updated risk plan, a brief overview of the risk management objectives and procedure will be defined. The content of the current document will be used as a reference by all the partners to perform the risk management activity.
