The Total Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (TR FT-IR) database has been specifically designed to provide a tool for identification of polymeric artist materials, which comprise synthetic, semi-synthetic and natural polymers. It comprises FT-IR spectra of materials from the ResinKitTR (commercial) and the SAMCO (the Sample Collection accomplished within the EC Project POPART) collections of polymeric materials.
