This paper has been discussed at the The Noise Emissions Directive Interest Group meeting, in Brussels, on September 30th. It contains some considerations and proposals for EU Commission referring to two main issues in the frame of the revision process of the Outdoor Noise Directive (OND): a)the provisions in Art.16 concerning the requirement of the collection and the periodicalpublication of noise data (Noise Emission Database for Outdoor Equipment); b)the revision of the noise labelling.
