This document is the report for Deliverable T4.19/P1.2 of Work Programme 2016.It defines the detailed design for the MITICA Control and Data Acquisition System (CODAS). On 28-29 Nov. 2013 a meeting was carried out with IO and F4E to discuss the route to the development of MITICA CODAS and beyond of the ITER HNB Plant System I&C. As a guideline for WP2014, it was proposed to collect high level requirements from IO first and organize, possibly, a Conceptual Design Review with IO and F4E targeting the high level requirements in Q4 2014. Unfortunately, the procedure was not carried out during 2014/2015/2016 and, thus, this report reflects only the RFX view and proposal. Moreover, the advanced design proposed in this document is still weak and will need to be addressed in detail in the future.
