The present report presents the work performed in 2016 on the electrical model of the RF oscillators ISRFOSC which supply SPIDER drivers. The model has been updated according to the plant installed on site in order to reproduce the waveforms recorded during on site tests. It has been used to understand the cause of the issues arisen during the tests and to identify a possible solution.
