This report presents the results of open water tests performed on the outboard model , named C.2596 according to the CNR-INSEAN code, in order to determine the characteristics of the propeller and behaviour of the outboard. The programme consisted of open water tests, with and without lowercase, for defining the behaviour of the screw and the forces on the outboard. The tests were carried out by blocking the dummy of lowercase to the correct immersion and angle, and the propeller was mounted on the balance for the open water test and placed close to dummy of lowercase with a minimum gap.
