This document reports the final design and the technical specifications for the procurement of custom thermocouple input modules. The modules can accept as input both grounded and isolated thermocouples. The modules here described will be used for the acquisition of the thermal signals from the grounded grid of SPIDER beam source, from the SPIDER beam dump and from the vessel. Prototypes of these modules have been realized and tested in different experimental devices (e.g. BATMAN, NIFS NBTS, NIO1) and under different environmental conditions either EM noise or strong high voltages.
