This document concerns the preliminary analysis of the primary data collected for the LCA studies of the Sardinian sheep farms involved in the SheepToShip LIFE project. This is a technical report that start to identify, quantify, control and critically evaluate all information extract from the Life Cycle Inventory. It should be considered as preliminary because LCA data are still thorough the final revision.
