The report provides a set of decision support tools for the manufacturing processes related to the plant floor but also supporting collaboration in the manufacturing chain. Modelling and design, simulation and optimisation modules will be implemented to provide a unified toolkit that will be integrated with CPS and analytics modules via the DISRUPT controller and then report to and from the CloudBoard. Novel optimisation and operations management logic will be incorporated into these tools that will take into account KPIs in order to support both short-term and mid-term decisions related to both product design or ramp-up and plant floor re-configuration.
