The report aims to design and develop a disruptive dashboard based user interaction solution in supporting and managing manufacturing systems in a challenging environment of digitization. Among other components key part of DISRUPT is a decision support toolkit that supports both ad-hoc and event driven decision making. The components of the decision support toolkit are modelling, simulation, and optimization (production scheduling and inbound logistics). Focus is given on the software development and deployment efforts behind each tool as well as the algorithmic frameworks. It presents the mechanisms developed for generating part of the input (e.g. simulation and optimization models) as well as it discusses the technologies and the third party software components used by each tool. On the other hand, this report demonstrates the framework developed for event handling, the connections of each tools with the DISRUPT cloud platform and the cloud controller, and the interactions among the tools in the form of sequence diagrams.
