This activity is part of Project FlowIS (Flow in Service) WP3 EFD: Model Testing. This deliverable reports on all of the stages, from design and validation to results analysis, of the activity related to propeller wake velocity measurements in maneuvering conditions carried out at the CNR-INSEAN towing tank facility. This document contains the description of the design of the measurement system employed for acquisitions. The acquisition methodology and rationale underlying the proposed experimental set-up are discussed along with test-matrix layout. Three-dimensional mean and instantaneous velocity field data on the propeller plane are presented and results discussed.
