This document is the tangible result of the WorkPackage 5 activities of the EUCERMAT project (2015 - 2018) funded by the ERASMUS+ programme under the Strategic Partnership funding scheme. The document describes the partnership model developed in the EUCERMAT industrial network. The local active cell approach is explained, criteria and process for the selection of industrial members are described and the main tools useful to replicate this partnership model in the future in different research fields are included in the document. This document is available in digital form for anyone wishing to implement similar activities.
