Nowadays, sustainability deficiencies affect the manufacturing realm. Literature maintains Circular Economy (CE) as a possible solution to the environmental disruption that is underway. In this respect, our project aims at matching waste supply and demand (i.e. Industrial Symbiosis), by leveraging on a two-sided scalable platform model. The platform relies on a robotic system for waste collection, empowered by novel AI techniques. It has the capabilities to analyze and recycle waste, and to trace data gathered on a blockchain-based model. Finally, data are shared on an online portal, where batches are visible to potential purchasers.
