The AURORA Strategic Communication Plan is designed to make communication easier, more consistent and simple to monitor. It clarifies the shared responsibility for communication over the entire project. Within the AURORA project, measures to maximise impact are defined and structured as follows: ? Communication: actions carried out in synergy between the project leader and the other partners in order to provide targeted information to multiple, non-specialist audiences, beyond the project community (including the media and wider society) in a strategic and effective manner. Communication provides support to, but does not replace the more focused and target-oriented dissemination and exploitations activities; ? Dissemination: designed to achieve awareness among and engagement of carefully identified stakeholders (subjects necessary to make the project a success, including market stakeholders) and target groups (beneficiaries). Activities are of an interpersonal nature, promoting two-way communication. The objective is to share results and to ensure concrete participation, input and potential future cooperation and uptake; ? Exploitation: designed to ensure the long-term uptake and utilisation of the project outputs, including the potential for market launch. The AURORA Strategic Communication Plan is particularly concerned with Communication activities. However, these are closely linked to Dissemination and Exploitation. To this end, the document should be read in parallel with Deliverable 8.1 - Dissemination and Stakeholder Engagement Plan. Throughout the Strategic Communication Plan, the links with dissemination are highlighted with a specific focus on activities that must be carried out in collaboration. The AURORA Strategic Communication Plan contains the following chapters: ? Chapter 2: H2020 Communication Requirements and Guidelines. Overview of H2020 Communication requirements, advice and guidelines (including templates for material, quality control and linguistic / content guides). ? Chapter 3: AURORA Graphic Identity. Project graphical image (logo, format for reports and publications, etc.), including design of project gadgets (flyers, pens, pads, stickers, banners) and content editorial standards. ? Chapter 4: AURORA Communication Message and Targets Audience. Overview of the strategic goals, target audiences and communication messages. ? Chapter 5: AURORA Communication Activities. An operational plan, containing activities for each phase, role of partners and schedules. ? Chapter 6: AURORA Monitoring and Evaluation system. Description of procedures for feedback, evaluation and risk analysis, including indicators, target numbers and MoV (Means of Verification).

Abstract
Description of procedures for feedback, evaluation and risk analysis, including indicators, target numbers and MoV (Means of Verification).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
