Sistema socio-assistenziale e volontariato in Spagna e in Italia: percorsi evolutivi e contesto istituzionale

The working paper explores the Spanish welfare system with a historicalevolutionary approach and the evolution of the Third sector and volunteerism. The Constitution of 1978, indeed, allowed for the development of a way more coordinated and organized voluntary action. Starting from the historical and comparative analysis, this essay also examines the current Spanish legislations in the field of the Third sector and volunteerism, comparing it with the Italian one, in order to highlight the analogies and the differences between the two countries.

Il testo approfondisce il sistema di welfare spagnolo con un approccio di tipo storico-evolutivo e i nuovi processi di riforma del Terzo settore e del volontariato. È la promulgazione della Costitució del 1978, infatti, ad aver permesso lo sviluppo molto più coordinato e organizzato dell'azione volontaria. Partendo da un'analisi storica e comparativa, il saggio esamina anche l'attuale legislazione spagnola sul volontariato, comparandola con quella italiana in materia, allo scopo di sottolineare le analogie e le differenze tra i due paesi.
