CarE-Service D 9.2 - Management Report - First version

This document is the first version of the "management report" of the CarE-Service project, to be updated every 6 months until M18. It is aimed at reporting all the activities carried out for "Project management and control". These activities aim at ensuring technical, administrative and financial management of the project. Therefore, the report addresses activities for implementation of the project work plan including organization and coordination of meetings and facilitating thorough communications in the project (within consortium and stakeholders as well as between consortium and commission), supervising the technical developments and guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and results. Finally, it includes the management of eventual unexpected events and support the cooperative identification of solutions.
