Research on modelling at boundary among mathematics, computer science and concept theory is proposed. Formation of concept structures is approached for both statics and dynamics. The paper focuses on formalized sentences. As endowed with semantics, formalized sentences are concepts. The concepts of centralized service, replicate service and distributed service coupled with corresponding class definitions are given. Two application examples are proposed. Concepts and systems are given first at a specific time, and then at the generic time. The formation and the location of both concept structures and corresponding systems in the concept space is discussed.
